Our story
BodyByFlo started with one goal: build a gym where everyone — first-timers, busy parents, competitive athletes — feels like they belong. We hand-picked our equipment, designed our class schedule around real working schedules, and assembled a coaching team that prioritizes form, progression, and longevity.
Today we're proud to be a fixture in Hanover, supporting members on their journey to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
